We deliver, style, and set up the cart for your event. After your celebration, we return for pickup—seamless and stress-free. You choose your floral package, and we handle the rest.

Do you offer full floral design as well?
Yes. Beyond the cart, Bloom offers à la carte event florals—from bridal bouquets and centerpieces to statement arrangements. Our focus is intentional design without overwhelm.

What is included in the rental price?
Our rentals include delivery, set-up, and pickup within our service area, the cart itself, and a curated selection of seasonal flowers. Additional stems, premium blooms, signage, or design instruction can be added to customize your experience.

Where do you source your flowers?
We use a mix of local farm-grown blooms (when in season) and premium wholesale stems. Every bar is styled with care to feel fresh, abundant, and on-brand for your event.

Can the flowers be customized for my event?
Absolutely. We’ll coordinate with your color palette, vibe, and inspiration. We also offer custom bouquet wraps featuring your logo, event name, or venue branding for an extra layer of luxury.

Do you travel outside of Rhode Island?
Sorry! We are based in South Kingstown, RI, and we frequently serve Newport, Narragansett, East Greenwich, Providence, Warwick, and surrounding areas at this time.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 3–6 months before your event date to secure availability, especially for peak wedding weekends. However, if your event is sooner, reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

How do I reserve the Bloom Flower Bar?
Simply inquire through our website or Instagram. Once we confirm details, a signed agreement and deposit secure your date.
